Artist's Description

Fish in a blue tank talking, in an abstract manner, about who is going to drive, who is going to fire the gun, who is going to command, and what the other two do.

A blue acrylic background applied in a rough stroke manner slowly lightening as it marches across the canvas. Acrylic splashed on, with lots of water and then attacked by breathing hard down a straw to form the coral and anemones, blowing at an angle forms the strands, and blowing sharply vertically forms the openings.

Fish then painted in using (funnily enough) floral painting techniques, and allowed to dry. the coral and anime news in the foreground that partially hide the fish are then applied with the straw, but this time using oil paint.

Bubbles added curtesy of a short piece of hollow plastic tube.
